No, we do not have ANY items that are Gold Plated.

10k Gold and 14k Gold: Yes, as long as it's not any harsh chemicals. Plain water is safe though.

Sterling silver: No, Sterling Silver Jewelry should never be wet, this speeds up the tarnishing process. If you accidentally get water on your Silver pieces gently dry them as quickly as possible

Pearls: No, Pearls should not get wet, also it is important to not get lotion or or any cleaning product on pearls. We don't recommend our complimentary polishing cloth for the pearls, as there is a an anti tarnish solution in the cloth and is not safe for pearls.

Yes! None of our jewelry contains any nickel.

Shipping

YES! We accept and allow FREE returns for new and unused jewelry items for all USA orders. No questions asked.

1. There is a shipping label in the folder sent with your order. If the label is not there or is lost, just contact us and we will email you a return label.
2. Either reuse the same box or use a similar size box(if it was a USPS flat rate box they have them for free at the post office)   so that the postage will work and remain free.
3. We will refund you AFTER we receive and inspect the item.

** Not applicable to sales outside of the United States. If you are an international buyer we will accept a return but you are responsible for return shipping fees and duties**

Although this is rare, it is not impossible. Once the package leaves our hands it is at the mercy of USPS. We inspect each item before we package it, and make sure to pack our items as securely as possible. In the case that you receive a damaged item, contact us and let us know BEFORE you send the item back, and then you can send the damaged item back to us.

If the item you are returning is damaged at all we will only offer a partial refund not a full refund. Make sure that you package the item securely so that the item does not get damaged in transit, boxes are more secure than padded envelopes, if you choose to return an item in a padded envelope you are taking the risk of the item getting damaged.
